Her reaction was perfect...she just kept repeating "who did this?", "who put these here?". She was so surprised and could not comprehend who would put balloons on her floor.
Scarlett and I spent the rest of the day thinking of new games to play with the balloons. We shot them at each other, we played "keep it in the air" and we even brought out the art supplies and got a little creative.
