The theme was a very loose, "do whatever you want". Our hosts served dishes that made them happy, and as the night went on encouraged us to belt out a song or two for the sake of pure enjoyment. We ended the evening with a dip in the spa, some rosemary creme brule, and a brief visit from the local sheriffs office (turns out not everyone enjoys karaoke at 11:30 pm). All in all I would happily call it a successful evening.
