We took Scarlett to the aquarium a couple weeks ago and just like any other animal centered outing Scarlett remained uninterested. She loves animals, she loves reading about them, she loves making their sounds, she loves pointing them out if we pass them on the street, but at a zoo or aquarium, forget it. Too many people, to much to touch, feel and explore. The animals just don't cut it.
Although this time we might have had a little breakthrough, Scarlett spent the last five minutes before we had to leave, pointing out fish, making the fishy face and interacting with little colorful blobs as they passed her sticky hands on the window.
