Since the day Scarlett was born, Dexter has been in a constant state of torture. Tail yanked, ears grabbed, fists full of fir pulled from the roots. He has grown skittish around all tiny human beings. The sight of Dominic entering the house for the first time sent him running out the back door with his tail between his legs.
He has always had a timid temperament but with our kids he is completely stand offish. And it is no wonder, Scarlett has upgraded her tail pulling and ear grabbing, to chasing and playing one sided tag with the poor guy. All he wants is a couple of scraps and a scratch behind the ears, is that too much to ask?
