It is no secret that we LOVE popsicles in our home. (

here) To be honest, every summer I use popsicles to stuff healthy food into Scarlett's tummy, under the guise of a special treat. And now Dominic is old enough to hold his own stick and catch the melted drips before they fall onto his exposed belly.
So, with the 90 degree days rearing their ugly head and in an attempt to stay inside while not turning on the A/C in April, we have started our tradition of popsicles and smoothies a little early. I have a freezer stocked with frozen fruit and a fridge full of spinach and avocados. Let the healthy treats begin.
